Need help with accessing Audio and eBooks? Contact Mrs St Louis (bstlouis@bcdschool.org)
What is an Audiobook?
An audiobook is a recorded version of a book that you can listen to
What is an eBook?
An ebook is a digital version of a book that you can read on a screen
When should I use an Audio or eBook?
You might want to use audiobooks and ebooks because they offer flexible, easy ways to access reading materials anytime, anywhere—on a phone, tablet, or computer. Both formats might make it easier to engage with and understand course material.
How do I access Audio or eBooks?
A library with audio and ebooks has a limited number of licenses for each title that they can loan out at a time (just like when you might have to wait for a physical book if it's checked out by someone else). The more libraries you have access to, the greater your chances of finding the audio or ebook you want.
